- Includes free remote technical support from the DCB office from the radio to router communication.
- Provides free replacement in case of router failure or malfunction, including damage caused by lightning storms.
- Please note that we do not cover human error, such as drops from a great height or spilled drinks. We also cannot cover critter error, should your pets use your router as a chew toy. To replace a router caused by human or animal error, it is an $80.00 value.
- After our technicians verify router malfunction, we can provide a replacement through the mail or a customer may exchange their malfunctioning router by stopping by our office in Baileys Harbor.
