Setup Process

  1. Call or visit our office and have us check your address’ service viability. You can also fill out our online service interest form.
  2. A representative will work with you to create an account for you and go over details of service.
  3. Once details are discussed, Our representative will then work with you for scheduling an appointment on the calendar.
  4. Once scheduled, expect to receive a New Customer Letter via email summarizing everything discussed with our representative. The letter will also go over additional details concerning our services and installation. It is highly recommended to read this letter before installation.
  5. Once successfully installed, your account will be billed and charged for the installation plus the prorated amount of service chosen during installation.

Refer A Friend

$50 credit for every successfully installed recommendation.

Referral Details
  • Referrer (you) must be an existing customer.
  • Referred New Customer must have our wireless broadband service installed.
  • Referred New Customer must mention your name or name on your account for you to receive credit.
  • Credit will be applied on day of successful installation.
  • There is NO limit to the times you can receive the referral credit.
