Door County Broadband DOES provide assistance with the following issues:
- Unusually slow, inconsistent, or nonexistent internet service
- The equipment we provide for your internet connection, including cable, radio, router, and dish/antenna
Door County Broadband DOES NOT provide support for the following:
- Third-party services or products such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.
- Computer problems including viruses or broken hardware
- Network devices not provided by Door County Broadband including, but not limited to, additional routers, switches, or cables.
The offices of DCB are open Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., excluding holidays. We promise to respond to any technical, billing, or administrative questions between those hours.
DCB offers after-hours technical support, available 24/7. Please note that billing and administrative questions or problems cannot be handled by the on-call technician during these hours.

Service Call Information
All service calls are subject to a $75/hour charge (30 minute minimum), not including materials required. The cost for common materials can be found below:
- Standard Ethernet Cable: $.50/foot
- Armored Ethernet Cable: $1.00/foot
- Conduit: $.50/foot
- Router: $6.95/month
- Power Supply: $20
- If you opt to use a DCB router by enrolling in the router plan, please understand our routers are programmed at our office specifically for you, therefore, we can not be responsible for any changes you attempt to make or damage caused by attempting to change settings. With our router program, the monthly charges of $6.95 cover free technical support. If the router is damaged due to a storm or ceases working, you will be provided a new router free of charge. If the router is damaged related to human causes (manually resetting the router or other damages), the router will be replaced at a cost of $150. If, before one year has passed, you wish to cancel your enrollment in the router plan, there is a $150.00 cancellation fee
